OUR CLIENT

Our client is a listed Company with business focuses on luxury retail shop fit-out and furniture production. Their projects span across Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific over 60 cities. Over 600 projects have been completed with great quality and market recognition. To cope with their expansion of business, they are looking for Secretary to assist the Company CEO in daily administrative aspect.

 

JOB DUTIES:

Provide personal assistance and administrative support to CEO

Handle travel arrangements such as flight tickets, hotel accommodation and visa arrangement

Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings, reports; answer incoming calls and general enquiries 

Sort and review incoming phone calls, mails, emails, correspondences and route them to relevant departments

Assist in business activities and ad hoc projects when required. 

Handle and maintain confidential information and document management

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 10 years relevant secretarial experience serving Senior Executives

Excellent command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Proficient in written English and Chinese

Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Stable working history

Strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized

SALARY

  • HK$20-25k x 13 + bonus + medical
