The Job
You will:

  • provide comprehensive secretarial and office administrative support to department head and the team
  • plan, analyse and organise full spectrum of departmental admin duties including procurement, renovation, asset management, departmental expenses etc.
  • liaise and coordinate the schedule and logistics for meetings with senior management, internal and external parties
  • manage the digital and physical filing system of the department
  • performs a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive
  • assist in divisional projects and handle general enquiries

About You
You should have:

  • a diploma or above and a minimum of five years solid experience in secretarial and administrative duties; experience with a law firm or a multinational company would be an advantage
  • strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • great working and learning attitude and a team player with an ability to work independently
  • good initiative and be able to work under pressure
  • ability to properly handle matters of sensitive and confidential in nature
  • good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as excellent business and telephone etiquette; strong written English ability would be an advantage
  • proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese typing skill
