Responsibilities:

  • Generate and implement actionable ideas to enhance customer experience on using digital channel services of the Bank
  • Manage mobile app and web projects with IT department and vendor to provide user friendly interface
  • Be responsible for the implementation of electronic banking services promotion to drive services utilization by coordinating with various stakeholders
  • Coordinate the logistics for new services rollout including the preparation of relevant materials for customer education and internal staff training
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to strengthen the competitiveness of digital channels
  • Comply with relevant rules, regulations, ordinances for electronic banking services
  • Collect digital channel utilization statistics, conduct data analysis and compile management reports 

Requirements:

  • University graduate, major in E-Commerce or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in managing electronic banking projects and familiar with the rules and regulations about promotion
  • Excellent customer centricity and project management skills
  • Strong understanding on the technical aspects of electronic banking services and compilation of promotional materials
  • A strong team leader with excellent leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills to collaborate with various parties
  • High awareness of quality and digital channel related security issues
