Responsibilities

  • Provide and maintain effective operation of office administration function including office facilities, reception and meeting room set up, security, housekeeping, logistics arrangement, car pool and service, stationeries supply, office equipment procurement and maintenance
  • Prepare annual administrative budget, monitor and control expenditure
  • Formulate, review and ensure compliance of office operation manuals, policies, safety and security rules
  • Anticipate needs and risks management, propose and implement contingency plans for office operation
  • Provide administrative support in HR related duties and process
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in office admin, preferably with sizable or multinational companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative with strong sense of responsibility, willing to work beyond office hours and on holidays if required
  • Detail minded, well organised and multi-tasking
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)

**Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
