Senior Asset Planning Analyst L16/11-0734

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluation of asset enhancements, and coordinate with Leasing, Projects and Property Management Departments
  • Conduct financial modeling for potential asset enhancement and repositioning opportunities
  • Prepare investment reports, investment papers and presentations to the top management

Requirements

  • University graduate in finance, accounting, economics or related discipline
  • Experienced and competent in developing and conducting asset analysis including review of asset macro environment and asset performance
  • Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in real estate investment / asset management / research is preferred
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, in particular ability to write English investment papers and reports to top management
  • Strong computer literacy in using MS Office especially in Excel
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Remuneration

We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and working experience to the right candidates.
