Responsibilities:

  • Manage Business Intelligence IT project, including business solutions recommendations through effective analysis and data exploitation, and collaborate with internal and external specialists, service support teams to ensure provision of proper and timely deliverables
  • Drive the development and enhancement of CRM tools and applications across different segments, products and channels to enhance customer experience and cross-selling opportunities
  • Review the existing usage of CRM tools, formulate various initiatives to enhance usage of CRM tools, and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives via the development of usage tracking reports
  • Champion the establishment of customer analytics platform by reviewing system capability, understanding the data structure and integrity, developing the information infrastructure for effective analysis and report tracking & automation
  • Develop and enhance automation for data information platform and MIS reporting to improve efficiency

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in quantitative, numerical science or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years experience in banking, with proven track record and exposure in CRM system development and deployment, database marketing, database development, report tracking and automation
  • Possess proven competence in SAS Programming, Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, database design and management, and user requirement write-ups
  • A mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, good business sense, remarkable problem solving skills, and good interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written including Putonghua
