Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing, buying and organizing the business for specific brands
  • Manage sales forecasts and buying budget management
  • Prepare Sales Report, Sell-Through Report, Stock Take Report and OTB Report
  • Manage all aspects of Retail Operations
  • Develop and implement promotion and retail strategies at operational level
  • Provide product training and fashion trend information to the front-line staff
  • Regular report to management for sales performance, merchandise mix, inventory situations and important issues

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • At least 5 years buying experience for international brands in Men’s or Ladies’ or Children’s Department
  • Strong commercial sense and passion for fashion are essential
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Excellent negotiation and numerical skills
  • Station in Macau
