A leading global leisure, entertainment and hospitality enterprise with a continuous growing business portfolio is now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Senior / C&B Manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop and implement compensation and benefits policies, procedures and programs to cope with the business strategies of the company.
  • Take lead in the development and maintenance of formal job grade, salary ranges, costing, and job evaluations.
  • Formulate Compensation & Benefits programs within the light of the market survey data, best practices and business strategies.
  • Standardize employment terms and conditions around business units and the region through policy setting.
  • Participate in the design and tracking of incentive/bonus programs for all applicable employee groups.
  • Manage payroll and related administrative support.
  • Determine and recommend annual salary review process and plans.
  • Facilitate and track annual merit and promotional increases.
  • Manage compilation of compensation data for submission to local, regional, and national salary surveys, and analyze results to determine the company's competitive position.
  • Provide advice on the implementation and enhancement of the human resources information system (HRIS).
  • Assist in annual budgeting exercise.

The Successful Applicant
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on compensation & benefits experience with regional exposure is preferred.
  • Must be familiar with and well-versed in local and/or overseas Employment Ordinance & related regulations.
  • Self-initiative, team player, organized with good analytical sense.
  • Proficient in MS Office and preferably SAP knowledge.
  • Good command of written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
