Senior Clinical Associate / Clinical Associate in Educational Psychology (Ref. 16110406)

The appointee will be required to (a) teach subjects in the broad discipline of Educational Psychology; (b) contribute to the development and enhancement of teaching and learning; (c) participate and/or provide leadership in the planning, management and curriculum development of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes; (d) engage in scholarly activities relating to teaching and learning; and (e) carry out academic and administrative duties as required.

Applicants should have (a) a PhD degree in Educational Psychology; (b) at least six years of post-qualification/post-registration experience for the post of Senior Clinical Associate; or at least three years of post-qualification/post-registration experience for the post of Clinical Associate; (c) obtained full membership of the Division of Educational Psychology of the Hong Kong Psychological Society or an equivalent status in an internationally recognised professional organization of Educational Psychology; (d) proven knowledge of and skills in the academic or professional discipline required; (e) a successful academic/professional record in teaching and related employment; (f) strong community/professional network in related teaching disciplines; and (g) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an added advantage.

Remuneration and Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointments will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
