The Person

  • A degree holder in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in sizeable companies; Previous PRC HR experience is preferred
  • Solid experience in compensation and benefits programme design and delivery
  • Strong project management and analytical skills as well as good numerical sense
  • A fast learner who is self-motivated and result-driven
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and large ERP; Candidates with experience in using SAP and good excel skills is highly preferred
  • Candidate with consultancy firm background is also welcomed

The Role

  • Assist to develop, review, formulate and implement compensation and benefits initiatives/programme that best support business growth for the Company
  • Responsible for benefits review and administration
  • Conduct market survey, analysis and prepare management reports
  • Involve in developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures that align with the Company’s business strategy
  • Take up any ad hoc HR projects as assigned

 We are looking for a “FIT” of the description stated above. Candidate with more experience will be considered the Senior Compensation & Benefits Executive position.
