Our client is a PRC based conglomerate. With its ongoing growth in the region, the need arises for a Corporate Finance Senior Manager based in Hong Kong.

Description

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, the person will help to co-ordinate corporate finance related activities including direct investment, M&A deals, fundraising and IR activities. The candidate will also help to prepare business and investment proposals, assist in due diligence, valuation and financial analysis in potential deals.

Profile

The qualified candidate will need to be a degree holder with minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Working experience in Big 4/ banking and listed companies is preferred. Solid knowledge in listing rules and takeover codes for both Hong Kong and China are necessary. Excellent command of English and Mandarin is required in both written and spoken.
