A consumer luxury lifestyle membership is looking for a senior manager to develop their customer big data analytics setup and explore business opportunities. This is a new headcount and exiting role with autonomy and recognition to plan and execute initiatives.

 

Job Description

 

Reporting to top management, you will be the key person to plan, setup and drive customer data analytics:

 

  • Lead a small team with management support to strategically plan and develop customer relationship management by big data analysis
  • Drive data warehouse and data marts set up to facilitate on going customer experience study
  • Develop analytic dashboards and performance report to understand customer behavior and provide targeting offers to loyalty customers
  • Explore customer satisfaction index to build and strengthen customer loyalty
  • Identify business insights according to customer activities and program response rate for business opportunity
  • Identify and facilitate new business opportunities, KPI achievement
  • Work closely across organization to optimize profitability of the business based on data analytics
  • Present analytic index reports and customer journey dashboards to senior management

 

Why you?

 

  • At least Bachelor Degree in business, statistics, finance, marketing related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with marketing research / data analysis / CRM / customer loyalty experience
  • Background from FMCG or consumer segment is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge in data analytical tools are definite advantage, e.g. SAS, Qlik etc
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
