Responsibilities :
  • Foster a data-driven culture and drive end-to-end customer thinking throughout the process and converting insights to value articulation and realization
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop actionable insights which help build and improve current database
  • Drive meaningful and differentiated experiences for customers and deliver and set the strategy and direction for the analytics team
  • Understand brand strategies and possess ability to communicate plans and growth targets to increase customer engagement
  • Responsible for analyzing market trends and customer intelligence using a variety of analytical tooks
  • Drive creation and own the monitoring of checkpoint management
  • Manage consolidated reporting dashboard to track and monitor performance. Work closely with internal stakeholders and operations managers regarding communication of information.
  • Lead in communicating range changes to assigned Customers / Channels and affected brands when needed


Requirements :
  • Minimum 8 years of people management experience, and at least 6 years of overall work experience in analytics, business intelligence or related fields such as strategy consulting, operations, or digital field
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Statistic or related education
  • Fun, high-energy personality. Great team player who works well in collaborative situations
  • Ability to thrive within a matrix organization
  • Experience in eCommerce, Retail or online/mobile platform will be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (proficient in PowerPoint)
  • Work experience with analytical tools
  • Good command in English and Chinese
