Overview:

* Lead, expand & handle all eCommerce and digital marketing projects including website, social media activities and online advertising and engagement programs
* Develop strategic business plan to increase brand awareness, online sales traffic and incremental revenue



Key Highlight:

* Service and brand consistency in keeping with the group standards
* Plan and recommend new businesses opportunities or digital marketing approaches
* Evaluate overall performance from all channels
* Analyze website performance including sales, traffic, campaigns, activities



Job Responsibilities:

* Create and execute digital marketing strategies for the brand with effective measures
* Research trends, emerging technology, and opportunities for innovative ideas to promote products and annual campaigns
* Leverage our regional social media channels to support global programmes, campaigns and initiatives
* Review and analyze social KPIs for short-term seasonal campaigns; and on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for optimization
* Plan and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for all digital marketing activities including but not limited to business partners
* Develop and educate retail teams' social media and e-commerce knowledge and skills with localized training, support and ongoing feedback
* Action feedback from reports, analyses, and recommendations into concrete plans
* Identify digital shopper journey for the brand deriving from all touchpoints
* Define and implement omni-channel approach for a brand consistent, Peninsula online customer journey
* Move from an one-off sales approach to bundling, upselling and re-purchasing by leveraging CRM, working closely with the retail and sales team for all markets
* Maximize the brand's online market share and profitability in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders
* Particular focus on turning our e-commerce website into a high traffic and profitability platform

Requirement:

* Degree holder, with a minimum of 3 years working experience in eCommerce
* Ability to develop, plan and execute strategies
* Ability to work well and manage multiple stakeholders
* Ability to build partnerships
* Strong negotiation, presentation & communications skills
* Experience with planning, forecasting and allocation
