Responsibilities

Ensure Global Head of Digital Centre of Excellence receives correct information in daily pack for meetings

Track actions/tasks if they risk becoming overdue

Collate all reports from every stream of work in the department when necessary

Ensure all actions/tasks from the team happens with no delay

Track and record all actions/tasks for Digital activities and ensure they happen with no delay and when risks are identified

Meeting/Offsite arrangement - setting agendas and collate all information/presentation in advance, record/track actions and outputs

Knowledge of Digital Channel would be an advantage

 

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Secretary

Exposure in dealing with parties from different levels and countries

Exposure in Digital Banking Channel is a plus

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Excellent word processing and IT skills including MS Office

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, able to multi-task

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to research, digest, analyse and present materials clearly, concisely and accurately

Excellent interpersonal skills

Attention to detail, team player, decision maker

Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
