The Senior Facility Officer will:
· manager and provide hands-on services to day to day operation of the School’s facility and administrative management including repair and maintenance, security and safety;
· work closely with the relevant consultants on the preparation and implementation of the School’s redevelopment projects including feasibility studies and tendering;
· work with appointed contractor(s) and monitor closely on the project progress;
· ensure the School’s facilities and projects are in compliance with relevant ordinances and authorities; and
· perform any other duties as assigned by the Principal or her designee.
The candidate should possess the following qualifications and aptitude:
· a bachelor’s degree in facility management or relevant disciplines
· a minimum of 5 years working experience in facility and administrative management, preferably in the education sector
· proficiency in both English and Chinese
· good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
· experience of working in a school setting is an advantage.

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
