Our client is one of the leading catering groups with food processing plant in Hong Kong. To cope with their expansion, they are looking for high caliber to lead the HR team in the plant.

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties for the plant in Industrial Estate
  • Act as HR Business Partner to work with line managers on all HR matters
  • Oversee staff C&B administration, employee relationship management, recruitment, etc
  • Implement HR policies and enhance work safety environment
  • Resolve labour case and other safety issue



Job Responsibilities:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in HR generalist function
  • Exposure in working with manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Excellent communications and language skills
