Our client is one of the leading professional consultancy firms. They are currently looking for high caliber to lead the team to perform C&B functions for Hong Kong and Macau market.

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for C&B matters including annual salary review and bonus cycle, share option plan, manpower budget and staff costing, benefits review, payroll
  • Lead a team to handle payroll and daily C&B related matters
  • Partner with different HR function teams to ensure smooth run of the HR operation
  • Partner with APAC Reward team to implement global reward program and local reward initiatives
  • Partner with APAC shared services team to support ongoing HR transformation
  • Work closely with HR Business Partner, Centre of Excellence / HR Shared Services team across different locations to collate information for management reports and HR analytics
  • Manage internal and external HR audit, review and evaluate C&B policies and procedures regularly to ensure compliance with corporate governance and the local labour ordinance



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of C&B experience gained in MNC
  • Exposure in leading a small team to carry out daily C&B operation matters
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulation
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and negotiation skills
