Client Details

Our client is a leading French pharmaceutical firm with a great working culture. They are currently looking for experienced candidates to join their organisation. Working with the Regional Counsel, you will be responsible for the Asia Pacific region.

Description
  • Strong coverage of the Asia Pacific region
  • Work with local authorities and counsels to prepare meeting minutes, incorporation documentation, other business qualifications
  • Assist in the drafting and reviewing of legal documents relating to business transactions
  • Ensure minute books, records and registrations are up to date and reflective of the APAC region
  • Support compliance training and compliance review process for business materials and funding requests
  • Perform legal research
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of documentation and business knowledge




Profile
  • At least 2-4 years of legal working experience in a commercial working environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, would be a clear advantage
  • Previous coverage of the Asia Pacific market
  • Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must
  • High level of professionalism and able to work cohesively in a team
