You will be assisting the Head of Agency Development in leading and managing the assigned agency districts in achieving the Company targets and supervising the agency sales team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing strategic recruitment plans for agency force
  • Develop and organize different recruitment strategies including job fairs / workshops / seminars for agency force recruitment
  • Lead the agency sales team to meet company assigned target
  • Monitor the sales performance of the assigned agency districts.  Participate in daily running of agency functions including weekly meeting, training, problem solving and supervision.  To deliver set business targets on production, recruitment and persistency
  • Assist in the complaints handling and special compliance projects

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in business or related discipline with relevant professional qualifications
  • Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3 and 5
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in insurance/wealth management industries with proven track records on agency development and sales management
  • Strong managerial experience in insurance operations and good market sense
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Manager, Agency Development
