We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager Business Optimisation. 

In this role, you will

  • Deliver complex projects using the prescribed methodology, within agreed timeframes and to budget.
  • Implement global Product defined Target Operating Models.
  • Deploy industry standard tools and techniques to drive sustainable process efficiency through a series of waves of Business Process Re-engineering activity.
  • Reduce the unit cost of processing both offshore and onshore to drive out sustainable cost reduction.
  • Optimise capacity across locations and improve service quality, controls and reduce errors.
  • Deliver an environment for continuous operational improvement where ongoing process re-engineering is recognised as the cultural norm.
  • Challenge the status quo and take a global view on how things can be done to create efficient, scalable, and straight through, end to end processes to create capacity for global business growth.
  • Build support and momentum for Business Process Re-engineering across Asia Pacific and work with regional stakeholders to execute change.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • University graduate with extensive and relevant experience in business process reengineering and project management and a good understanding of the Security Services business.
  • Experience in applying Lean techniques including Work Outs and accredited Six Sigma black belt with proven track record of the application of Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience of Business Process Reengineering within a complex multiple product region operating model.
  • Extensive experience of the delivery of significant and complex projects and programmes as well as leading migration projects both on and off shore.
  • Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines, deal with ambiguity conflicts and manage projects within budget.
  • Implementation of Target Operating Models, process hierarchies and process architecture.
