Responsibilities

  • Handle new account opening and perform KYC & AML checking, ensure all the operation is in compliance with internal KYC & AML requirements;
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative check on new account documentation for all clients;
  • Resolve customer enquiries timely and handle complaints properly;
  • Assist the Department Head in providing quality customer services and support to our brokerage business;
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • University degree holder or above in Business or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years’ working relevant experience in KYC/due diligence and customer service in brokerage industry;
  • Holder or be qualified to be registered as a SFC licensed person for Type 1 and Type4 is an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of accounting documentation, due diligence and local AML requirements;
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skills, willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and be a good team leader;
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese work processing;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, including Putonghua.

Candidates will less experience may be considered as “Manager / Senior Officer, Customer Service".
