Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage an Editorial, Publication and Promotion Team and to act as the “chief editor” to ensure the consistency in messages and image in all URA corporate publications, website, videos, presentation and speeches etc.
  • Develop and implement the strategy and programmes for promotional campaigns for individual projects and initiatives through various publicity means including print and electronic media, as well as the use of social media
  • Responsible for maintaining and building a strong corporate identity for the URA for projecting a positive image for the Authority through editorial content and promotional means
  • Assist General Manager, External Relations in developing new PR strategies to enhance effectiveness in external communications and to oversee the implementation of these initiatives, contributing to a positive branding of the URA 

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder, preferable in Journalism/Communication/Marketing
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, of which 6 years in a supervisory position
  • Good network with media organisations in Hong Kong with sound knowledge of media production in print, video and multi-media
  • Good understanding of market practice in the use of new media
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English and Chinese)
