 Main Duties:

  • Conduct internal and external pay analysis for salary recommendations to ensure competiveness
  • Secure and align the local compensation with the overall corporate strategy and policies
  • Ensure the C&B practice effectiveness to attract and retain right talent for the group
  • Act as the regional head for all C&B matters and provide benchmark on salary packages in the region
  • Manage the performance review and merit adjustment process
  • Provides expertise and on-going evaluation of all benefits programs and assess vendor effectiveness to ensure cost savings, process improvements, and legal requirements and in compliance with all benefit programs
  • Implement global C&B initiatives and apply the job grading actively in the region
  • Provide data on compensation and benefits to relevant stakeholders, for example Group HR
  • Recommends, develops, and implements compensation and benefits programs in close cooperation with Group C&B that support group’s overall business strategy
  • Provide consultative support to the HR team and the management team on all C&B-related matters
  • Partner with the corporate offices in Europe and provide analytical & consultative support regarding regional compensation issues and trends
  • Oversees HRIS system. Ensures the data integrity

Key Requirements:

  • A master degree or professional qualification within a relevant field is highly preferred 
  • Over 10 years of experience working within the HR field in a regional/global context
  • Proven track record of delivering business results through pragmatic HR initiatives
  • Experience in working with external providers
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with flexible and pragmatic attitude
  • Cultural understanding and accustomed to work with different countries and cultures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills with strong business acumen.
  • Willing to travel occasionally
