We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager Investment and Insurance Compliance Regional.
In this role, you will
Proactively review and interpret draft and current regulations to ensure Commercial Banking maintains a compliant Insurance and Investment business
Identify when change is needed to Commercial Banking’s prevailing policy and procedures and coordinating functions to implement amendments or to introduce new procedures as required
Review and comment on draft regulations as invited, maintain a thorough understanding of current regulations and clearly communicate requirements to Commercial Banking’s stakeholders
Manage and maintain Commercial Banking’s Insurance and Investment Compliance Guidelines by completing a full review by coordinating input from key parties
Develop Insurance and Investment compliance training and briefing materials and arranging delivery to both new joiners and existing staff
Proactively reach out to improve awareness and understanding of compliance requirements especially in the Commercial Banking frontline and business management.
Support the development of appropriate compliance standards across other Asia Pacific Commercial Banking businesses
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
Working experience within an investment and insurance compliance or control role.
Investment and Insurance industry qualifications are preferred
Must possess good oral and written communication skills which will allow them to liaise with senior staff
Strong managerial, communications, analytical, organisational and decision making skills.
