Key Accountabilities:
  • Establish best practices and guidelines, implement preventive measures and monitoring mechanism on sales practice for Agency Channel
  • Perform business quality control assessment for Agency Channel and provide relevant statistical and management reports for CAO
  • Handle agency complaint, participate in the Complaint Sub-Committee Meeting as Channel Rep
  • Support communication/training program of business quality management in conjunction with Distribution Compliance
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • University degree in an appropriate discipline
  • Considerable working experience in insurance agency channel
  • Good understanding of The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers ("HKFI") requirements
  • Good Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables)
  • Audit or compliance experience is an asset
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
