A reputable HK listed company with a strong record of success and an industry leading business portfolio is now inviting a high caliber individual to join them as the Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall administrative and operational functions of talent planning and recruitment
  • Take lead in the development and implementation of talent acquisition policy, procedure and programs aligned with Company objectives on a regional level
  • Review and analyze recruitment process to achieve and ensure best HR practice
  • Maintain up to date knowledge with local employment regulations and practices to ensure all operation units are prepared for relevant changes
  • Ensure all induction and orientation materials provided or created are updated to latest version
  • Review all HR policies and procedures related to talent movement and sourcing
  • Work closely with the C&B team to ensure all levels of staff are compensated fairly and aligned with market norm
  • Review the headcount report and organization charts regularly to meet corporate and business objectives for the Company
  • Prepare management reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis


The Successful Applicant
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of hands on talent acquisition experience gained from multinational companies, of which 2 to 3 years at managerial level and in-house is preferred.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Good command of Mandarin is a must
  • Sound leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Proficient user in MS office
  • Knowledge in using SAP or other HRIS
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
