Responsibilities
* Deliver Card Product Targets, including Card Acquisition across various channels, Card Activation and Card Retention
* Partner with internal customers and supporting teams in the solicitation of support to drive business objectives
* Prepare daily reports on card acquisition numbers
* Jointly develop programmes to deliver targets and build towards the Core Value Proposition of the card
* Work with Third Parties (partners, vendors, agencies) to deliver successful initiatives, while keeping track of the CPA of cards acquired to maximize efficiencies.
* Identify opportunities with external partners to run programmes to deliver targets
* Ensure all corporate standards are being met & deliver quality customer experience
* Ensure all group compliance & control standards are being observed and met in the execution of projects assigned

Requirements
* Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics or related disciplines
* Minimum two years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition, preferably in banking or credit card industry
* Solid product development experience, preferably in credit card or banking industry
* Creative with strong business sense, quality conscious and analytical
* Excellent communication skill
* Risk taking and able to work under pressure
* Strong IT, Internet knowledge and preferably with hands-on experience in system development
