We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Product Manager, Direct Custody and Clearing.
In this role, you will
The Product Management team is primarily responsible for the definition, maintenance and development of the Direct Custody and Clearing business.
You will manage and contribute in line with Group objectives defining the services we provide, whom services are provided to whilst managing where and how we provide them. In addition Direct Custody and Clearing Product is responsible for identifying and developing new revenue streams through innovation, thought leadership and the strategic development of the business.
Through close coordination with branch management, service delivery, and global functional groups, the Senior Product and Product Manager will identify, scope, plan, agree, and assist in the management of the full lifecycle of Direct Custody and related products, deployment of new products and services measurable via performance metrics and associated service standards.
The role specializes in post execution Custody and Clearing driving development and management of a uniform, controlled, and cost effective cross boarder solution to banks and broker dealers via our internal branch network.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
Experience in securities services, Brokerage or Custody
Experience in all aspects of Global Business management including staff development, client management, financials, marketing, product development and risk management.
Proven track record in driving innovation and demonstrating thought leadership
Knowledge of global market infrastructure
Strategic and creative thinker
Business oriented, client focus with clear revenue driven mind-set within defined risk parameters
Able to manage complex and multi disciplinary global environment
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
