We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Product Manager Fund Administration.

In this role, you will

  • Assisting in the delivery of a clear product strategy for the insurance segment that is aligned to the group strategy and business and client needs.
  • Monitor and identify current and anticipated insurance segment product requirements, straddling across Security Services product silos and other businesses
  • As owners of the Asia operating model ensure the target operating model for the insurance segment is clearly defined, communicated and implemented.
  • The Product Management team also support the Business Support and Development team providing project prioritization and subject matter expertise.
  • Awareness of the Operational Risk scenario associated with the role and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations.
  • Providing a clear prioritization of large scale development projects and production support initiatives contained in the road maps for Business Support and Development.
  • Engaging with Head of Security Services Asia, Sales and Business Development teams and local Product Groups in all relevant Security Services locations to understand insurance client requirements and to communicate the product strategy to ensure a consistent message is delivered to existing and potential clients.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree accounting and Finance or professional accounting qualification
  • Strong relevant experience in the financial services industry with a good understanding of fund administration, custody, treasury and related mid or back office requirements of Insurance companies.
  • Strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain a good working relationship with various stakeholders including Senior Management
  • Confident, highly motivated and achievement oriented
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous
