Senior Property Officer / Property Officer (New Territories West District)

The successful candidate will enforce Deed of Mutual Covenant or Tenancy Agreement terms. Key roles include handling requests and complaints from tenants and owners, performing day-to-day building management and inspection services, and overseeing property maintenance, security and cleaning services.
- Degree holders with 4 years of relevant experience or Diploma/Higher Certificate with 6 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Knowledge of PC operations
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Property Officer
