Reporting to Floor Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinates people resource and activity to ensure right people in the right place to deliver the sales plan
  • Organises resource to ensure optimum stock levels for opening and throughout the trading day
  • Organises resource to deliver corporate layout, seasonal launches and floor plan implementation
  • Co-ordinates resource across key departments and service areas to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provides feedback to individuals, helping to improve the customer shopping experience
  • Ready to Trade Standards
  • Co-ordinates resource and allocates Due Diligence activities to ensure department is trading safely and legally
  • Ensures people know where they are working and what they are doing
  • Responsible for store opening and closing

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5/ Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) or above with minimum 1 year retail working experience, , candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Advisor  
  • Fair in English speaking and reading; Putonghua speaking is an advantage
  • Solid experience in leading and provide coaching to small team(s) including new team member(s) in retail industry or customer services sector
  • Good team player, proactive with positive thinking mindset
  • Strong selling skills, with skill sets of driving sales via simple probing / matched with Customers’ needs with the trends  / available products
  • Equip with excellent customer services whom is capable as a role model
  • Tactful interpersonal communication skills and able to communicate with people from different levels
