Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies for the wealth management business under the defined value propositions, and lead the team to drive the achievement of business targets and enhance the customer value and brand equity
  • By analyzing the customer behaviour and needs referencing market research and customer profile, derive the holistic customer journey, review & integrate the journey into various customer interactions at multiple touch points
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of a one-stop financial planning platform to provide relevant wealth management solutions to mass affluent customers, in a professional and compliant manner
  • Work collectively with counterparts to drive the development of user-friendly & cost-effective sales and service platforms by integrating wealth management sales process within
  • Define the service & sales models for delivery of wealth management propositions, mobilize frontline sales force and make use of various sales tools to enhance their service & sales skills for effective communication of the relevant product benefits to customers
  • Collect market intelligence & customer feedback for timely response to the latest market situation and loop-back learnings

Requirements:

  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
  • At least 8 years working experience in personal banking, product management and customer management or sales development area, 3 years of which at managerial level
  • Proven track record and sound knowledge in business development, customer segmentation, brand management and marketing program development
  • Familiar with banking products and operations / service enhancement and knowledge in risk management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written including Putonghua
