Main Responsibilities:
-Perform daily administration for the department;

-Support BCP and outsourcing management tasks/activities execution stipulated by H.O. and coordinate with user/ participants;
-Support ORM activities execution particularly in operation data collection requested by H.O..

Requirements:
-
University graduate or equivalent in any discipline;
-At least 2 years' working experience in Legal and Loans related areas, preferably in Banking industry;
-Fluent in English and Chinese;
-Good in task planning and controls;
-Proficient in MS Office e.g. Excel, Word & PowerPoint; etc.;
-Good interpersonal and presentation skills;
-Eager to learn, precise, hardworking and helpful;
-Well organized and able to work independently and initiative.
