Founded in 1908, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (Stock codes: A shares 601328, H shares 03328) is one of the banks with longest history in China as well as one of the note-issuing banks in modern China. The Bank was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June 2005 and on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in May 2007. The Bank currently has 202 domestic branches, comprising 30 provincial branches, 7 branches directly managed by the Head Office and 165 managed by provinces. It has also established 2,690 banking outlets in 215 cities and 159 counties nationwide. In addition, the Bank has set up 12 overseas institutions, comprising branches in Hong Kong, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Singapore, Seoul, Frankfurt, Sydney, Macau, Ho Chi Minh City, Taipei and Bank of Communications (UK) Co., Ltd.   • Develop and monitor the scorecards / KPIs and highlights areas for management review
  • Coordinate and maintain the performance monitoring program
  • Provide regular performance tracking report and relevant analysis, as well as stipulate action plan in order to meet business target
  • Coordinate and participate the resources planning process for corporate banking
  • Develop database for talent management and succession planning for corporate banking
  • Coordinate and source suitable training courses for different levels of staff as well as formulate staff development plan and training schedule
  • Coordinate with the representatives of Head office in China to work on cross-border training issues
  • Coordinate special programs (e.g. Trainee, Internship, team building scheme, succession plan) as required from management
  • Degree holder or above with minimum 5 years’ of relevant working experience and exposure in training is an advantage
  • Initiative, good planning and execution, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Resourceful and able to provide different options for management considerations

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Deputy Chief Team Building & Performance Management Manager
