We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President Client Service.

In this role, you will

  • Ensure deployment of regional and global client service proposition to top tier HSBC clients
  • Deliver the end to end client fulfillment model and ensure this is enhanced with internal initiatives and customer feedback
  • Contribute to the establishment of the strategic direction for consistent delivery of top quality and market leading Client Service function
  • Act as an ambassador for the team and contribute fully to its development, effectiveness and success
  • Continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business
  • Ensures risk policies and governance frameworks are appropriately implemented

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Solid experience in Liquidity and Cash Management
  • In depth knowledge of industry standards related to all Cash Management products and services
  • Experience with or knowledge of local regulatory requirements related to Anti Money Laundering
  • Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
  • Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
  • Ability to understand a customers business and the fundamentals of running a business
  • Ability to interact with business customers at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills
  • Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, technical skills
  • Experience in driving individual performance to achieve customer and financial targets
  • Strong leadership and team motivational skills
