Senior Writer (Ref: COJY-AMS-SW)

Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Work closely with the team and the digital editor, to produce Macau-related content for the bi-monthly Destination Macau magazine and quarterly Sands Style magazine, both print and online
• Conduct interviews, write features and profiles
• Handle translation for English and Chinese copy
• Help to coordinate and develop website and social media content, as well as putting together online exclusives for the Destination Macau and Sands Style websites
• Develop story ideas and help to plan magazine content
• Build network and contacts in both Hong Kong and Macau

• Degree holder with at least 5 years’ experience, preferably in Journalism or a relevant concentration
• Network with contacts in both Hong Kong and Macau
• Proficiency in English and Chinese copywriting (please indicate level of proficiency for each)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Disciplined, efficient, able to meet deadlines

Work location will be at Tai Po office, shuttle bus service is provided.
