The appointee is expected to perform a wide spectrum of duties which include: (a) providing administrative support to the Students’ Union and its officers; (b) ensuring the smooth running of SU offices; (c) assisting activities organised by the Student Union; (d) providing support services to student organisations; managing facilities and amenities; (e) keeping record, managing inventory and bookkeeping accounts; (f) distributing mails and requisite supplies; maintaining and repairing equipment as needed; purchasing commodities and controlling stock; and (g) carrying out other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have completed secondary education, with at least 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A / Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language, preferably with some relevant work experience.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
