This position in the Supporter Services Department plays a crucial role in delivering quality supporter / donor services to our supporters and donors.
Reporting to the Donor Engagement Manager, the Supporter Services Officer works to deliver the services strategy. It includes offering excellent supporter care through daily communications. He/she will handle email communications with donors, process donation payment, maintain quality donor information and liaise with Plan’s country offices for children information. This role provides support to develop a closer relationship between Plan International Hong Kong and its supporters.
Handle daily email communications with donors
Handle donations and payment processing
Monitor the data quality of the database to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Liaise with Plan’s country offices for children information
Assist in drafting and producing printed materials for donors’ communications
Support donor activities and organisation events
Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
The ideal candidate shall possess the following skills and attributes:
Diploma or degree holder in English or Translation
English requirement – Preferable with Grade D or above in HKCEE (Syl. B) / 4 or above in HKDSE / 6.5 or above in IELTS
1-2 years’ work experience in customer service
Have a good command of written English and Chinese
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word and Excel, with experience on a CRM/DRM application an advantage
Solid experience in customer service is an advantage
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Well organized, attentive to detail with logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility and able to meet deadlines
Immediately available is preferred
Agree with Plan’s mission and vision and observe strictly to data privacy and child protection policies
Candidate with more experience will be considered for the Position of Senior Supporter Services Officer
