You will provide daily management of operational activities to ensure delivery of high quality corporate IT services, including corporate messaging and video conferencing systems, desktop and mobility management, IT Help Desk and workplace support, to end users. You are also involved in the Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Service Level Management Processes, and managing the IT processes in accordance with MTR service management model based on best practices. In addition, you are required to plan, develop and implement IT Corporate Services improvement initiatives and business cases and seek on-going improvement on service quality, efficiency and effectiveness. You are also required to manage the outsourced contractor for the delivery of IT Help Desk and workplace support services.
You should have a Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or equivalent with at least 8 years' relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at managerial / supervisory level. Prior experience in dealing with senior management, IT service delivery and support, providing desktop and Help Desk services is highly desirable. You should be customer-oriented with good communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua.
