Responsibilities:
  • In-charge of all departmental operational risk, audit and compliance related issues
  • Ensure and monitor the tasks or projects are  executed and controlled in adherence to regulatory and Group’s standard  and recommendation
  • Identify the risk and suggest proper action in a      timely manner
  • Lead and monitor the implementation of improvement      plans
  • Assist in setting and controlling departmental      budget and KPIs
  • Work closely with each internal teams for providing general support with an aim to ensure the smoothness of workflow and product  launch
  • Compile reports/presentation for management’s review     

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration,  Marketing, Economics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in credit card business
  • Knowledge of related regulatory regulations an advantage
  • Strong self-motivation with good project management  skills and be able to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good working attitude and ready to be challenged on  new assignments
