Team Leader / Supervisor (Service Call Centre)

Due to company extension, our client would like to invite suitable candidates for the following position:

Working location: Tsuen Wan

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading of totally 15 – 20 customers service executive to deliver valuable service to member via difference kinds of Channels
  • Report and work closely with Deputy Call Centre Manager to improve daily operation smoothly.
  • To handle and resolve complaints and complex member enquiries escalated from CSE
  • To ensure proper implementation of new services and programmers
  • To assist in disseminating programmed information and conducting product briefing as necessary
  • To review and evaluate service quality and effectiveness of CSEs and take remedial action if required
  • To provide guidance and support to facilitate CSEs in service delivery and daily operation

 Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or Degree holder with 7 -8 years’ relevant working experience in airline/travel industry including customer/member service and / or loyalty programmers
  • Experience in managing teams of over 10 staff
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-orientated with good organizing and analytical skills
  • Energetic, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer-service mindset, result orientated and with zeal to achieve success
  • High adaptability with capability to work in diverse environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, and written English and Traditional Chinese
