Salary (HKD) $15,000 - $23,000

Post 1: Technical Service Executive

  • F.5 or above;
  • Experience in technical service / support and familiar with broadband / Web hosting would be an advantage (not a must);
  • Familiar with Window server/ MS SQL server/ VPN;
  • Knowledge in VMWare, Firewall, Router configuration is preferred;
  • Responsible for performing helpdesk support and respond to customers’ problems on products and IT services at the first contact level;
  • Good communication and CS skill;
  • Good command of both English and Chinese;
  • Will to take shift and work on Saturday and Sunday.

Remarks:

  • Monthly total salary package: HK$ 14K-20K
  • 5-day work (8.5 hours per day);
  • Working location: Sheung Wan (5 minutes arrived Sheung Wan MTR)/ Kwun Tong;
  • Good fringe benefits e.g. medical, etc.

Post 2: IT & Helpdesk Support

  • Diploma or above;
  • At least 2 years experience in IT support/ help desk support;
  • Knowledge of VPN for T2 support is preferred;
  • Possession of MCSE, MCITP, CCNA is highly preferred;
  • Candidates who have experience in CS field and have potential to change to Helpdesk Support (training will be provided) are considered;
  • Develop long-term relationship with customers;
  • Respond to customer feedback and recommend improvements to ensure quality services;
  • Responsible for providing remote and on-site IT supports to customers including hardware and software systems;
  • A good team player;
  • Good communication and customer service skills;
  • Good command of both English and Chinese;
  • Willing to take shift (morning / afternoon shift between 10am to 10pm, 8.5 hours per day);
  • Willing to perform outdoor work.

Remarks:

  • Monthly salary: HK$15K – 23K + discretionary bonus;
  • 5-day work;
  • Working location: Causeway Bay/ Kwun Tong/ Kowloon Bay;
  • Good fringe benefits e.g. medical, bank holiday, etc. will be provided.
