My client is a one of the largest retail group in HK, a need of Training Manager has arisen due to business expansion. This Training Manager will report to the Sr. HR Manager of a particular business unit, while leading a team of 6 to provide training services and support to brand owners within the business. You will need to provide good leadership skills, develop and management all retail operation related and corporate talent management programs to ensure appropriate staffing pool are developed and aligned with business expansion. You will also need to manage all training budget, as well as to design and provide best training practices for the team.



Requirements
  • Degree holder in Training, Learning and Development, or related disciplines.
  • 8-10 years of work experience in training, learning and development.
  • Experiences in sizeable companies is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with positive working attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
