Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage training policies, guidelines and training sponsorship schemes
  • Identify training needs and determines project costs / benefits
  • Oversee the consultancy service and training programs in support of organizational changes and development
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of various training programs
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
  • Manage and continuously enhance the e-Learning platform
  • Supervise a team of training and e-learning specialist

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree on Human Resources related subject, or equivalent
  • Over 10 years’ experience on talent development and retail training in Greater China
  • Experience in e-learning projects will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
