Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Trustee and Fiduciary Supervisor.

In this role, you will

  • Ensuring that all clients are operating in accordance with the regulations and in accordance to the restrictions as detailed in the schemes documentation.
  • Ensuring breaches and pricing errors are logged and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with onsite visits to fund administrators, investment managers and other service providers.
  • Acting independently of other Group entities and reporting breaches of the regulations directly to the trustee Manager and clients.
  • Liaising with fund administrators and investment managers to ensure that any breaches of investment restrictions and queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing the work of all trustee Analysts and highlighting significant issues to the trustee assistant manager or manager.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to all Analysts in relation to day to day tasks as well as arising technical issues.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Appropriate experience in a funds environment.
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Specialist certificate in Investment Fund Services an advantage.
  • Previous supervisory experience is desirable given the dimensions of the role
  • Solid understanding of financial instruments, stock markets and derivatives.
  • Knowledge of key duties and responsibilities of trustee

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
