Wholesale Manager/ Sales Manager/ Supervisor (Retail Channel – Footwear/ Apparel/ Sports Fashion)

Our clients, top-leading retail brands, with their expansion in Hong Kong, are looking for suitable candidates for Wholesale Manager/ Sales Manager/ Supervisor (Retail Channel) to join their growing team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to the Director, managing the wholesale team to achieve annual budget and KPI

Aligning with Hong Kong Long Range Plan (LRP) to initiate and execute the distribution strategies

Plan and execute sales and channel development, maintain trade relationships to achieve market penetration, revenue, profitability and brand positioning targets

Participate in the development of LRP, annual budget deployment plan, distribution plan

Participate in the meeting of Asia GTM/ forecast/ S&OP/ DTS; to bring the market information to AHQ and to prepare forecast for current and coming seasons

Develop and expand distribution in wholesale accounts base on LRP and budget

Trace and complete monthly sales forecast for wholesale

Cooperate with marketing team to initiate promotions and activities to achieve budget

Gather and analyze data on consumers, retailers and competitors for sales forecast and identifying new business opportunities

Conduct sales visit to secure orders, track sell through and ensure appropriate inventory mix and level at trade

For trade show, prepare product assortment plan integrating with the VM and in-store marketing support to achieve maximum sell-in results

Lead and motivate sales team, ensuring high morale and achievement of profitability

 

REQUIREMENTS

Degree holder preferred but a must

A minimum of 5-8 years relevant experience on channel sales/ sales management, preferably from footwear, apparel or sports fashion industry

Good connection of local and Macau retail channels (footwear, apparel or sports) must be an asset

Strong network with key account and wholesale partners

Supervisory experience of sales team

Ability of new channel development and franchise management

Regional exposure and fashion show experience will be a plus

Mature, analytical and energetic

Proficiency in Chinese and English

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Supervisor
