Interactive Advertising Bureau Hong Kong collaborated with cpjobs.com Launched Digital Marketing Job Board

IAB Hong Kong powered by HKDMA and cpjobs.com officially launched a job board on cpjobs.com today, aiming to help and ease the challenge of talent acquisition for the local digital marketing industry.

It has been observed that attracting the right candidates with job posts and recruiting the best candidates pose a conundrum to companies in Hong Kong with a relatively small talent pool and many employers. The problem is compounded as the demand for digital marketing talent is intensified by business transformation across many industries especially in China or overseas, according to IAB HK report conducted by PwC in September 2017. Hence, local digital marketing organisations are facing a tremendous challenge on acquiring and retaining talent.

To address this challenge, IAB HK and cpjobs.com are joining force to launch a digital marketing-focused job board, where IAB HK members can showcase their job openings on the board and on cpjobs.com for free.

Elsie Cheung, Chief Operating Officer, South China Morning Post said, “It’s a delight to contribute to the growth of Hong Kong’s digital marketing talent pool with this partnership between IAB HK and cpjobs.com. We hope that cpjobs.com’s Match Me Plus job matching technology and its data intelligence will help talent recruitment in Hong Kong. We look forward to growing together with our digital peers as our technologies and partnership with IAB HK evolves.”
