Nissan Announces Management Change in Indonesia

HONG KONG, June 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Nissan today announced the appointment of Stephanus Ardianto, currently Senior Vice President of Nissan Motor Asia Pacific Co. Ltd. (NMAP), as President Director of PT. Nissan Motor Indonesia (NMI), effective July 1, 2014.

Ardianto, an Indonesian national, started working with Nissan in 1996. He joined NMI when the company was established in 2001 and was appointed Deputy Director, Corporate Planning & Procurement in 2005. In 2012, Ardianto assumed the role of General Manager, Asia and Oceania Business Management, at Nissan's Global Headquarters in Yokohama, Japan. In April this year, he returned to NMAP as Senior Vice President, overseeing strategic planning and business management of the Asia and Oceania region.

With this management change, Ardianto will succeed Toru Hasegawa as President Director and be based in Jakarta. Hasegawa will continue his roles as Corporate Vice President, Asia and Oceania Business, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and President, NMAP.
