Can I make a move from low-end retail to the luxury sector?
I work as the marketing manager of a low-end retail company. The job is not a bad one but I have long harboured ambitions of working in the luxury retail sector. Though I have ten years’ experience under my belt, and various accomplishments, I am worried that because my company is not very high-profile, I might have trouble selling myself to prospective employers. What is the best way to try to make this “upwards” move?
